All rental vehicles are insured against legal liability. In addition the Collision Damage Waiver is also included in the rate. This insurance covers damage to the rental vehicle due to accident, fire or vandalism. Theft Protection is also included in the businesscars rate. In case of accidental damage, theft, fire, vandalism such insurance covers the damage upto the amount of the excess. The excess is the maximum amount you are liable for in case of a damage event. The excess can vary from € 500,- to € 2000,- or more per claim, depending on the car group, country and the rental company. In addition, many car rental companies do not cover any damage to windows, tires and the underside of the vehicle.
With businesscars Super Cover you have the possibility to reduce your excess to € 150,- per damage event for only € 3.50 per day. In addition businesscars Super Cover also covers damage to windows, tires and the underside of the vehicle are covered.
All we ask is that you fill in our businesscars Super Cover claim form and submit it to us within 8 weeks together with the following documents;
• Copy of rental agreement
• Copy of theft/damage report
• Copy of police report (if available)
• Copy showing the reduction of excess from your deposit (cash reciept or bank/credit card statement)
We will handle your claim within 4 weeks.

The fee is € 105.00 per year per driver plus 19% VAT.
