Businesscars.com Super Cover is a Car Rental Excess Waiver that is intended to help you cover the excess cost that you would likely incur if you cause an accident with damages in a rental car. For only € 3,50 per day businesscars.com Super Cover covers you not only for the total amount of Excess for which you are liable if the car is damaged or stolen, but also for damage to the roof and undercarriage of the vehicle, and windows and tyres.
Your car rental agreement normally includes cover for Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft and Third Party Legal Liability. However you are still liable for the Excess on CDW and Theft. When a rental car is damaged or stolen, the driver is asked to pay the first portion of the repair or replacement costs. This is known as the Car Rental Excess. The Car Rental Excess can vary from € 500,- to € 2000,- or more per claim, depending on the car group, country and the rental company. In addition, many car rental companies do not cover any damage to windows, tyres and the undercarriage of the vehicle.
In case of a damage event all that we ask is that you fill in our businesscars Super Cover claim form and submit it to us within 8 weeks together with the following documents;
- • Copy of rental agreement
- • Copy of theft/damage report
- • Copy of police report (if available)
- • Copy showing the reduction of excess from your deposit (cash reciept or bank/credit card statement)
We will handle your claim within 4 weeks.

The fee is € 105.00 per year per driver plus 19% VAT.
